My story

For a long time, I saw my deep empathy for others as a vulnerability. But over time, I’ve come to understand it as one of my greatest strengths—and a core part of why I chose a career in Psychology. I believe empathy is the foundation for building genuine, trusting therapeutic relationships with my clients. I’m a Registered Psychologist based in Adelaide, with experience in both therapeutic support and psychological assessments.

Who I Support

I understand how vulnerable it can feel to begin therapy. That’s why I take the time to truly listen to your story, help you reconnect with your inner strengths, and support you with the tools and knowledge you need to reach your goals.

I work with teens, and young adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and emotional difficulties. I also have experience providing ADHD, and educational assessments for both children and adults.

What Therapy Looks Like With Me

My approach is grounded in connection and collaboration. I value building strong therapeutic relationships, knowing how central this is to meaningful progress. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
