There are many reasons people come to therapy. You may know exactly what you want support with, or you may find it harder to put into words - you simply know that something feels off, or that you’d like things to be different.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin, that’s what therapy is for. Therapy is available in person (Prospect, Adelaide SA) or via Telehealth.

Total cost: $260 per 50-minute session
Medicare rebate: $101.55
Out-of-pocket cost: $158.45You can access Medicare rebates for psychology sessions with a valid referral under a Mental Health Treatment Plan.
Medicare provides rebates for up to 10 individual mental health treatment sessions per calendar year.
The full session fee is payable at the time of your appointment, with the Medicare rebate processed following your session.

No referral is required to book privately. The full session fee is payable at the time of your appointment.
If you have private health insurance with psychology extras cover, you may be eligible to claim a rebate directly through your insurer. Rebate amounts vary depending on your provider and level of cover.

Psychological therapy is available for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants where psychology supports are appropriate to the participant's plan and goals.
NDIS-funded services are billed in accordance with the applicable NDIS pricing arrangements.
